Registration
Only teams of three can register and participate. That means a team consists of 3 runners.
They all start together and everyone runs 5 kilometers on his own to the finishing line in the LUXEXPO THE BOX.

Deadline: 3^rd April 2024, if not sold out.
For organizational reasons post-deadline registrations and changes are not possible after 3^rd April 2024.

Starting Documents
You can get hold of the starting documents of your team (your teams) already on 6^th May 2024.
Thank you for setting up an appointment with Alice Patas (a.patas@ing-night-marathon.lu) before you come to pick up your start numbers.

In case you have no time on this day, you may get your starting documents on presentation of a valid photo identification on the following days:

10^th May 2024 / 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
11^th May 2024 / 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Start
11^th May 2022 at 8:10 p.m. at the Musée d’Art Moderne Grand-Duc Jean (Mudam).
That means you will have plenty of time to watch the start of the marathon at the LUXEXPO THE BOX.

Tram
The tram is connecting the town centre with the Luxexpo The Box.
There is a tram station approximately 300 metres from the starting point Mudam.

5k Run for Success: from 34 EUR per runner (incl. MikaTag^® timekeeper)

This price includes:

• Functional shirt = starter T-shirt, personalized starting number included
• Medal
• Printing of your own logo on the T-shirt
  (only possible when sending logo as a printable vector file (for example .ai, .pdf, .eps) until 27^th March 2024 to Alice Patas, a.patas@ing-night-marathon.lu).

Registration deadline: 3^rd April 2024 (If not sold out before!)

The online registration is only valid after arrival of organization fee onto our bank account and your team is on the official participants’ list.

Confirmation of registration
Confirmation of registration will only be sent via e-mail! If you do not have an e-mail address, registration is confirmed by withdrawal of the entry fee from your account and the inclusion of your name in the official list of runners published on our website. To pick up your bib number please show a valid photo ID.

Important: Entry fees are not refundable. If you want to transfer your bib number to another person you can do this until 3^rd April 2024. The running order of the team members can be changed by the team captain until the 3^rd April 2024 in the online registration form (free of charge).

At the ING Night Marathon Luxembourg 2024 the official timekeeping will be done exclusively with MikaTag^®, which is an integral part of the start number.

Important: The Participation without MikaTag^® is not possible.

Attention: The MikaTag^® is for one-time use only. It is not necessary to return the transponder.

Scoring categories
Ranking takes place as team scoring. That means the times of the three team members will be added and an average time will be calculated. There will be scoring categories for women, men and mixed groups.
