5k Run for Success

5 km in a team of three.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Registration
Only teams of three can register and participate. That means a team consists of 3 runners.
They all start together and everyone runs 5 kilometers on his own to the finishing line in the Luxexpo The Box.

Deadline: 1 April 2026, if not sold out.
For organizational reasons post-deadline registrations and changes are not possible after 1 April 2026.

Starting Documents
You can pick up the starting documents of your team(s) already on 11 May 2026.
Thank you for setting up an appointment with Alice Patas (a.patas@ing-night-marathon.lu) before you come to pick up your starting documents.

In case you have no time on this day, you may get your starting documents on presentation of a valid photo identification on the following days:

Friday, 15 May 2026 / 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday, 16 May 2026 / 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Start
16 May 2026 at 8:10 p.m. at the Musée d’Art Moderne Grand-Duc Jean (Mudam).
That means you will have plenty of time to watch the start of the marathon at the Luxexpo The Box.

Tram
The tram is connecting the town centre with the Luxexpo The Box.
There is a tram station approximately 300 metres from the starting point Mudam.

PRICES

5k Run for Success: from 37 EUR per runner (The costs for the timekeeping are included in the entry fee.)

This price includes:

  • Functional shirt = starter T-shirt, personalized starting number included
  • Medal
  • Printing of your own logo on the T-shirt
    (only possible when sending logo as a printable vector file (for example .ai, .pdf, .eps) until 18 March 2026 to Alice Patas, a.patas@ing-night-marathon.lu).

Registration deadline: 1 April 2026 (If not sold out before!)

The online registration is only valid after arrival of organization fee onto our bank account and your team is on the official participants’ list.

Confirmation of registration
Confirmation of registration will only be sent via e-mail! If you do not have an e-mail address, registration is confirmed by withdrawal of the entry fee from your account and the inclusion of your name in the official list of runners published on our website. To pick up your bib number please show a valid photo ID.

Important: Entry fees are not refundable. If you want to transfer your bib number to another person you can do this until 1 April 2026. The running order of the team members can be changed by the team captain until the 1 April 2026 in the online registration form (free of charge).

Because of organizational reasons, changes and transfers are not possible after 1 April 2026.

CHRONOMETRY

At the ING Night Marathon Luxembourg the official timekeeping will be done exclusively with Multisport-Tag Mylaps®, which is an integral part of the start number.

Important: The Participation without Multisport-Tag Mylaps® is not possible.

Attention: The Multisport-Tag Mylaps® is for one-time use only. It is not necessary to return the transponder.

Scoring categories
Ranking takes place as team scoring. That means the times of the three team members will be added and an average time will be calculated. There will be scoring categories for women, men and mixed groups.
