5 km in a team of three.
Only teams of three can register and participate. That means a team consists of 3 runners.
They all start together and everyone runs 5 kilometers on his own to the finishing line in the LUXEXPO THE BOX.
Deadline: April 07th, 2021 (the date is the “received by” date, not the postmarked date! If not preciously sold out!)
For organizational reasons post-deadline registrations and changes are not possible after April 07th, 2021.
You can get hold of the starting documents of your team (your teams) already on May 10th, 2021. Thank you for setting up an appointment with Aline Fontaine (firstname.lastname@example.org ) before you come to pick up your start numbers.
In case you have no time on this day, you may get your starting documents on presentation of a valid photo identification on the following days:
Friday, May 14th, 2021 11.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.
Saturday, May 15th, 2021 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
May 15th, 2021 at 8.00 p.m. at “Parking Konrad Adenauer”. That means you will have plenty of time to watch the start of the marathon at the LUXEXPO THE BOX.
You can return your ChampionChip® in the finish area until 1.30 a.m. (May 16th, 2021).
There is a free bus shuttle connecting town centre with the LUXEXPO THE BOX. There is a bus stop of the shuttle service approximately 300 metres from the starting point “Parking Konrad Adenauer”.

Confirmation of registration
Confirmation of registration will only be sent via e-mail! If you do not have an e-mail address, registration is confirmed by withdrawal of the entry fee from your account and the inclusion of your name in the official list of runners published on our website. To pick up your bib number please show a valid photo ID.
Important: Entry fees are not refundable. If you want to transfer your bib number to another person you can do this until April 07th, 2021. You will find further information about transfer and modification here.
The running order of the team members can be changed by the team captain until the April 07th, 2021 in the online registration form (free of charge). You will find further information here.
Because of organizational reasons, changes and transfers are not possible after April 07th, 2021.
The 5k Run for Success uses ChampionChip® chronometry.
With the registration every runner automatically receives a ChampionChip®. The rental fee is already included in the registration fee.
Important: no ChampionChip® = no chronometry = no participation in the race!
Attention: the loan ChampionChip® is meant for single use only!
You can only return the chip in the finish area until 1.30 a.m. on May 16th, 2021 and EUR 5 will be returned to you.
Ranking takes place as team scoring. That means the times of the three team members will be added and an average time will be calculated. There will be scoring categories for women, men and mixed groups.
