5 km in a team of three.
Registration
Only teams of three can register and participate. That means a team consists of 3 runners.
They all start together and everyone runs 5 kilometers on his own to the finishing line in the LUXEXPO THE BOX.
Deadline: April 12th, 2023 (the date is the “received by” date, not the postmarked date! If not preciously sold out!)
For organizational reasons post-deadline registrations and changes are not possible after April 12th, 2023.
Starting Documents
You can get hold of the starting documents of your team (your teams) already on May 15th, 2023. Thank you for setting up an appointment with Alice Patas (a.patas@ing-night-marathon.lu ) before you come to pick up your start numbers.
In case you have no time on this day, you may get your starting documents on presentation of a valid photo identification on the following days:
Friday, May 19th, 2023 11.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.
Saturday, May 20th, 2023 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
Start
May 20th, 2022 at 8.10 p.m. at the Musée d’Art Moderne Grand-Duc Jean (Mudam). That means you will have plenty of time to watch the start of the marathon at the LUXEXPO THE BOX.
Champion Chip®
You can return your ChampionChip® in the finish area until 1.30 a.m. (May 21st, 2023).
Tram
The tram is connecting the town centre with the Luxexpo The Box. There is a tram station approximately 300 metres from the starting point Mudam.

Confirmation of registration
Confirmation of registration will only be sent via e-mail! If you do not have an e-mail address, registration is confirmed by withdrawal of the entry fee from your account and the inclusion of your name in the official list of runners published on our website. To pick up your bib number please show a valid photo ID.
Important: Entry fees are not refundable. If you want to transfer your bib number to another person you can do this until April 12th, 2023. You will find further information here: registration modification.
The running order of the team members can be changed by the team captain until the April 12th, 2023 in the online registration form (free of charge). You will find further information here: registration modification.
Because of organizational reasons, changes and transfers are not possible after April 12th, 2023.
SERVICES
The 5k Run for Success uses ChampionChip® chronometry.
With the registration every runner automatically receives a ChampionChip®. The rental fee is already included in the registration fee.
Important: no ChampionChip® = no chronometry = no participation in the race!
Attention: the loan ChampionChip® is meant for single use only!
You can only return the chip in the finish area until 1.30 a.m. on May 21st, 2023 and EUR 5 will be returned to you.
Scoring categories
Ranking takes place as team scoring. That means the times of the three team members will be added and an average time will be calculated. There will be scoring categories for women, men and mixed groups.
