REGISTRATION TRANSFER 5k RUN FOR SUCCESS

REGISTRATION TRANSFER OF A 5K RUNNER

A runner is injured or cannot take part in the ING Night Marathon Luxembourg for various other reasons? Then the team captain can substitute him with a new runner.

Important note:

  • Only paid registrations can be transferred!
  • The new runner will NOT receive the old price! If the original registration and the transfer take place during different price levels the new runner will have to pay the current price.
  • The new runner will have to pay the "new" registration again, the old runner will be reimbursed after the registration transfer is finalized.
  • The registration transfer is final. The old runner has no claim on this registration afterwards.
  • Due to organizational reasons, changes and cancelations are not possible after 23rd April 2025.

How does it work?

  • Open the "Team captain registration confirmation" e-mail and click on the "Captain dashboard" button.
  • All team members are displayed on this dashboard
  • To the right of each runner's name, you can see the "Cancel participant" field. Click on the field for the runner who is to be replaced and confirm the cancelation in the following step.

Important: Once the old runner’s data has been deleted it cannot be restored.

  • After this, click on the orange button "Add teammate" at the bottom centre. Now you can fill in the form for the new runner.
  • To finalize the transfer please select the button "Next step". Choose your payment method and finish the payment with to finalise the registration.
  • After finalizing the payment the starting fee of the "old" runner will be reimbursed.

MODIFICATION 5K

CHANGE OF THE CAPTAIN AND TEAM NAME

Has something unforeseen happened since the registration of your team? Then you can change the following things yourself (due to organizational reasons, changes and cancelations are not possible after 23rd April 2025):

1) the name of the team
2) the captain of the team

How does it work?

  • Only the team captain can make changes to the team.
  • Open the "Team captain registration confirmation" email and click on the "Captain dashboard" button.
  • The team members are displayed on this dashboard.

1) To change the name of the team select "Edit team name", to the right of the old team name.
2) To change the captain, click on the medal icon ("Assign team captain") to the left of the newly selected captain. If done correctly, you can immediately see the change at the top under "Captain".
