A runner is injured or cannot take part in the ING Night Marathon Luxembourg for various other reasons? Then you can substitute him with a new runner.

Important note:

• Only paid registrations can be transferred!
• The new runner will NOT receive the old price! If the original registration and the transfer take place during different price levels the new runner will have to pay the current price.
• The new runner will have to pay the "new" registration again, the old runner will be reimbursed after the registration transfer is finalized.
• The registration transfer is final. The old runner has no claim on this registration afterwards.
• Due to organizational reasons, changes and cancelations are not possible after 3^rd April 2024.

How does it work?

• Please go to the "Registration list" and choose the button "Check my registration".
• Log-in with the e-mail address used for the registration and the booking number in your confirmation.
• Select "Edit your team".
• On the right side you can find next to each runner a button named "Cancel registration". Click on the button next to the runner who needs to be substituted. Please confirm the cancelation in the next step.
  
  

Important: Once the old runner’s data has been deleted it cannot be restored.

• After this, click on the green button "Add registration" in the bottom right corner and fill in the registration form for the new runner.
• To finalize the transfer please select the button "Finish and pay" and proceed to the payment.
• After finalizing the payment the starting fee of the "old" runner will be reimbursed.

Has something unforeseen happened since the registration of your team?

Then you can change the following things yourself (due to organizational reasons, changes and cancelations are not possible after 3^rd April 2024):

1) the name of the team
2) the captain of the team

How does it work?

• Please go to the Registration and choose the button Check my registration.
• Log-in with the e-mail address used for the registration and the booking number in your confirmation.

1) To change the name of the team select "Edit your team". In the top left corner you can find the name of the team. If you click on it you can change it.
2) To exchange the captain of your team select "Edit your team". In the top left corner you can find the name of the captain. Click on the name and select a new one.
