REGISTRATION MODIFICATION INDIVIDUAL RUNNER

You got injured or you cannot take part in the ING Night Marathon Luxembourg for various other reasons? Then you can invite a friend to take over your registration.

Important note:

  • Only paid registrations can be transferred!
  • Your friend will NOT receive your old price! If the original registration and the transfer take place during different price levels your friend will have to pay the current price.
  • Your friend will have to pay the “new” registration again, your registration fee will be reimbursed after the registration transfer is finalized.
  • The transfer of your registration is final. You will have no claim on this registration afterwards.
  • Due to organizational reasons, changes and cancelations are not possible after 23rd April 2025.

How does it work?

  • Please go to the Registration page and choose the button My registration.
  • Log-in with the e-mail address used for the registration and the registration code in your confirmation.
  • Click on the field "Transfer my registration".
  • Please fill in your friends e-mail address and confirm the e-mail address by clicking the "Transfer my registration" button to start your transfer.
  • Your friend will receive a unique secured link via e-mail through which he can register. After his registration your old registration will be deleted and the fee you have paid will be reimbursed.
