A runner is injured or cannot take part in the ING Night Marathon Luxembourg for various other reasons? Then the team captain can substitute the former runner with a new runner.

Important note:

• Only paid registrations can be transferred!
• The registration transfer is final. The old runner has no claim on this registration afterwards.
• Due to organizational reasons, changes and cancelations are not possible after 23^rd April 2025.
• Only the team captain can make changes to the team.

How does it work?

• Please open the "Registration confirmation team captain - e-mail" and choose the button "Captain Dashboard".
• The team members are displayed on this dashboard.
• on the right side of each runner's name, you can find the "Cancel participant" icon. Click on the icon for the runner you want to replace and confirm the cancelation.

Important: Once the old runner’s data has been deleted, it cannot be restored.

• Then click on the orange "Add teammate" button at the bottom centre and fill in the registration form for the new runner.
• To finalize the transfer please select the button "Next Step" and proceed to the payment by
  clicking the button "Payment". Now select your payment method and click on the „pay“
  button.
• If new options have been booked, please click on the "Payment" button and make the payment for the new runner's options.
  
  

Has something unforeseen happened since the registration of your team? Then you can change the following things yourself (due to organizational reasons, changes and cancelations are not possible after 23^rd April 2025):

1) the name of the team
2) the order of the runners
3) the captain of the team

How does it work?

• Only the team captain can make changes to the team.
• Open the "Team captain registration confirmation" email and click on the "Captain dashboard" button.

1) To change the name of the team select "Edit team name", to the right of the old team name.
2) To change the order of the runners, click on the current position and delete it by confirming with "Yes". You can now insert the new positions.
3) To change the captain, click on the medal icon ("Assign team captain") to the left of the newly selected captain. If done correctly, you can immediately see the change at the top under "Captain".
