Race documents collection and Expo42 will take place in the starting area, LUXEXPO THE BOX.
Bib numbers can be picked up in the LUXEXPO THE BOX on the following days (you will need to show a valid identity card with a photo):
30th May 2025 / 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
31st May 2025 / 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Start time
7:00 p.m.: marathon | half marathon | team run
7:30 p.m.: minimarathon
7:40 p.m.: mini minimarathon
PRICES
Minimarathon: € 19
Deadline: 23rd April 2025 (If not sold out before!)
Any online registration is only valid after the organization fee is received on our bank account and your name appears in the official list of participants. Go to registration for the minimarathon discipline.
Additional services
- Finisher T-shirt (technical) in various sizes (unisex): € 29. Only available if registered before 23rd April 2024.
Confirmation of registration
Confirmation of registration will only be sent via email! If you do not have an email address, registration is confirmed by withdrawal of the entry fee from your account and the inclusion of your name in the official list of runners published on our website. To pick up your bib number please show a valid photo ID.
Important: Entry fees are not refundable unless we receive a medical certificate from you by post by April 23rd April 2025 (the date is the “received by” date, not the postmarked date). In this case we will keep a handling fee of € 12. If you want to transfer your bib number to another person you can do so before 23rd April 2025. Due to organizational reasons, changes and transfers are not possible after 23rd April 2025.
CHRONOMETRY
There is no chronometry for the Minimarathon.
